Fasting is the sacrifice of My faithful ones. It is a very powerful form of prayer and pleases My Father very much. Fasting brings one’s suffering to My passion, and when united to My suffering creates many graces for their souls.
All My faithful ones must fast in some way. This is important to enter into My Kingdom. Those who do not will someday be required to fast according to My Father even when they do not realize it.
One must fast according to their own needs. Their fasting may be from food or some other substance, or from a pleasure they have. Even a small sacrifice is pleasing to My Father for He sees all efforts of His people to come closer to Him in some way.
